My name is Holly Dibbet- founder
Setting Anchors became a reality in 2022. The main goal and purpose is to make sure all foster families in Northwest Iowa feel supported and valued.
We offer monthly training and support group sessions and that allows our families to connect with other foster families, therefore creating a community and support system for each family.
